These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all business transactions, services, and interactions between BossBrand (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) and the client (“Client”, “You”, “Your”).

By placing an order, making a payment, or engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

🏢 1. NATURE OF BUSINESS

BossBrand operates as a B2B procurement and customization platform providing:

  • Corporate uniforms
  • Branded merchandise
  • Customized corporate gifting solutions
  • Bulk production & supply services

📦 2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders are confirmed only after advance payment
  • Verbal commitments are not valid
  • Final confirmation is based on:
    • Approved design/sample
    • Quantity
    • Pricing agreement

👉 Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

💰 3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory (or as agreed)
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch

⚠️ Important:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Delay in payment may result in order delay or cancellation

🎨 4. CUSTOMIZATION & APPROVAL

  • Clients must approve:
    • Design
    • Logo placement
    • Colors
    • Specifications

👉 Once approved:

  • No changes allowed
  • Production begins immediately

BossBrand is not responsible for errors after approval

🔁 5. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • All orders are non-returnable & non-refundable
  • Customized products cannot be resold

⏱ 6. DELIVERY & TIMELINES

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Production issues
    • Logistics partners
    • External factors

BossBrand is not liable for delay-related losses

📦 7. QUALITY & VARIATIONS

  • Minor variations in:
    • Color
    • Fabric
    • Printing

are considered normal in bulk production

❌ Not eligible for return/replacement

🤝 8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Approve designs carefully
  • Make timely payments
  • Maintain professional communication

🚫 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Logos/designs provided by client remain client property
  • BossBrand is not responsible for:
    • Trademark issues
    • Copyright violations

👉 Client must ensure legal rights to use provided designs

🔒 10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business data
  • Pricing
  • Designs
  • Client/vendor information

⚖️ 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BossBrand’s liability is strictly limited to:

👉 Replacement of defective product (if applicable)

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business losses
  • Delay impacts

🚨 12. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

BossBrand reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Block clients

If:

  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse or misconduct occurs

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
