This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the delivery of all products and services provided by BossBrand (“Company”, “We”, “Our”). By placing an order, the client (“Client”, “You”) agrees to the terms outlined below.


📦 1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed only after advance payment confirmation
  • Production begins after design/sample approval (if applicable)

⏱ Processing Time:

  • Standard Orders: 3–7 working days
  • Bulk / Customized Orders: 7–20 working days (depending on quantity & complexity)

🚛 2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • BossBrand provides PAN India shipping
  • Delivery is handled via third-party logistics partners

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Other Locations: 3–7 working days

👉 Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed


⚠️ 3. DELAY POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Delays may occur due to:

  • Production timelines
  • Courier/logistics issues
  • Weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

❌ BossBrand is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors


📍 4. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Client must provide accurate and complete address details
  • Any delay or loss due to incorrect address is the client’s responsibility

👉 Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the client


📦 5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Delivery is considered complete once marked delivered by courier partner
  • BossBrand is not responsible for:
    • Packages received by others at delivery location
    • Missed deliveries due to client unavailability

📸 6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENT

If product is damaged:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

If shipment is lost:

  • BossBrand will coordinate with courier partner
  • Resolution depends on courier investigation

👉 Compensation/replacement is subject to approval


💰 7. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges may:
    • Be included in pricing
    • Or charged separately (as per order)
  • Any additional charges (remote areas, urgent delivery) will be informed in advance

🚫 8. NO LIABILITY CLAUSE

BossBrand shall not be responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Transit damages beyond reasonable control
  • Losses due to late delivery
  • Indirect or business losses

📦 9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

  • Large or bulk orders may be delivered in multiple shipments
  • Client agrees to accept partial deliveries

By placing an order, the client agrees that:

👉 No claims for delay-related losses
👉 Responsibility transfers after dispatch
