Refund policy

Effective Date:  19/03/2026

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with BossBrand (“Company”, “We”, “Our”). By placing an order, the client (“You”, “Customer”) agrees to the terms mentioned below.


⚠️ 1. STRICT NO RETURN POLICY (PRIMARY RULE)

All products supplied by BossBrand are non-returnable and non-refundable by default.

👉 This is because:

  • Orders are customized / made-to-order
  • Bulk production is involved
  • Branding and personalization cannot be resold

🔍 2. EXCEPTIONS (ONLY IN VALID CASES)

Returns or replacements will be considered ONLY under the following conditions:

✅ A. Damaged Product

  • Product received is physically damaged

✅ B. Manufacturing Defect

  • Visible defects in stitching, printing, or product quality

✅ C. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Incorrect item, size, or design delivered by our team

📸 3. MANDATORY PROOF REQUIREMENT

To request a return/replacement, you must:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

👉 Claims without proof will be rejected


4. CLAIM TIME LIMIT

  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • After this period, the order will be considered accepted and closed

🔄 5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If the claim is approved:

  • We will provide replacement of the product only
  • Replacement will be processed within 7–15 working days

❌ No cash refund will be issued


💸 6. NO REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

BossBrand follows a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

👉 Once payment is made:

  • It is non-refundable
  • Applicable for advance payments, bulk orders, and customized products

📦 7. SIZE / COLOR VARIATION POLICY

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur
  • These are NOT considered defects

❌ Not eligible for return/replacement


🎨 8. CUSTOMIZED / BRANDED ORDERS

For all customized products:

  • Once design/sample is approved, no changes allowed
  • No return/replacement unless there is a major defect

🚚 9. SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • BossBrand is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners
  • Damages during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery

⚖️ 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BossBrand’s liability is limited to:
👉 Replacement of defective product only

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Delay impact
  • Indirect damages
